muwz Terms of Service

1. 1.
   Acceptance. By using https://muwz.ai you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use muwz for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. 2.
   Accounts. You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure; you’re responsible for activity under it. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or put the service at risk.
3. 3.
   Your content. You own what you create. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload.
4. 4.
   Acceptable use. Don’t:

   • –break the law or infringe anyone’s rights
   • –probe or attack the service, or access other users’ data
   • –scrape or overload the service
   • –resell access without our written permission
   • –use AI features to create unlawful, deceptive or harmful content
5. 5.
   AI features. AI outputs can be wrong or similar to other users’ outputs. Review them before you rely on them or publish them. Don’t submit content you aren’t allowed to share with our AI providers.
6. 6.
   Connectors and third-party services. Integrations such as Canva and Notion are governed by those services’ own terms. We access them only as you authorize, and you can disconnect at any time.
7. 7.
   Paid plans and credits [if enabled].

   • –Business workspaces may be charged a monthly fee ([$49/month placeholder]) and usage credits (for example, [0.1 credit] per connector call; 1 credit = [$0.01]).
   • –Prices are shown before purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
   • –Unused credits expire [12 months] after purchase.
   • –We’ll give [30] days’ notice of price changes.

   No financial advice. Market, options, prediction-market or “smart money” information is for information only. It is not investment advice and may be delayed or inaccurate.

   Availability and changes. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim for reliable service but don’t guarantee uptime.

    Disclaimers. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
11. 11.
    Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or [$100].
12. 12.
    Termination. You can stop using muwz and delete your account at any time. We may end these Terms if you breach them. Sections 3, 8 and 10–13 survive.
